We are proud to now feature desserts from Sweet Ellie's Eleanor Chow, who is also Chambar's pastry chef. Currently, we feature a Shiraz Gelée with Macerated Fruits and Chantilly Cream, Lemon Ricotta Torte with Sauteed Apples and Pinenuts, plus a Bittersweet Chocolate Torte with Preserved Italian Plum and Raspberry. Eleanor will always be switching things up, staying true to the seasons and providing us with new favourites. We're so happy to have her on board!
