The Playhouse International Wine Festival is just around the corner, the theme this year is Spain and Salt Tasting Room manager Chad Gaskell honors this event with his ultimate "Spanish Sherry and Cheese Pairing".
Our fearless leader, Sean Heather, has sourced out 3 types of Manchego cheese: a 3 month old, a 6 month old and yes a 12 month old! All accompanied with our in-house prepared condiments and house made breads. $15
Chad has paired these cheeses with 3 Spanish sherries from our extensive list: the Alvear Amontillado, the Alvear Cream Oloroso/PX and the Gonzales Byass Nutty Solera. $15
