World renowned Neal's Yard Dairy is welcomed to the Salt Cellar Series!

Usually the focus of the Cellar Series leans towards the grape as we invite winemakers from near and far to share an evening with us.  This May 16th and 17th however, the focus shifts slightly as we explore the world of cheese!
The team at Salt takes it's cheese very seriously.  In fact Sean Heather, co-owner of Salt visits cheese mongers both locally and around the world for the best product he can find.  So when you're talking about the best, the conversation has to involve the United Kingdom's Neal's Yard Dairy. They are quite particular about what cheese they represent and who represent's them and this coming May you'll get the chance to see why.

We are privileged to have Chris George from Neal's Yard Dairy join the team at Salt in hosting this event as we pair their cheeses to fine wines, and condiments.
