Phillips Brewery was started in 2001 by Matt Phillips, formerly a brewer at Spinnakers Brewpub and Whistler Brewing, Matt added to the already burgeoning Victoria beer scene. Initial products, available in 650ml bottles, set a high standard of finely-crafted, innovative beers that continues to this day. With a line up of a dozen beers now being produced there is sure to be something for every taste.
Join us in the Cellar as we pair six of Phillips beers to artisan cheese and local charcuterie. The Cellar Series sells out fast so we suggest you book your seats early.
