Join us as we welcome Fairview Cellars to the Salt Cellar Series! Enjoy housemade condiments, artisanal cheeses and local charcuterie, all that you have come to expect from Salt, paired to these special boutique wines. Attendees will have the chance to try some of Fairview’s library wines while they mix and mingle with the winemaker, Bill Eggert, who Anthony Gismondi has nicknamed the “Madcap Winemaker”.
